Who we are:

We are a 51 unit Senior Housing Complex at 2510 Ware Street in Abbotsford BC.
We are a pet free complex.
Our 2 bedroom suites are about 960 square feet in size, with one bathroom and front and back patios. Three units are a little larger as they are end suites.

The present cost of membership is $105,000.00 for regular size suites and $125,000.00 for the larger ones.
We are a Member Funded Society which means that to become part of the Society, a membership is purchased and a Promissory Note is issued to the purchaser. Operating expenses are shared by all members by the monthly maintenance fees that are assessed each year.

We are within walking distance to shopping and to Mill Lake Park where we enjoy a good walk and also enjoy the ducks, geese and other birds in the area.
We are on the bus route, with a bus stop in front of our complex.

What we do:

We offer low cost housing to seniors who are 55 years and older.
The administration of the Society is carried out by an elected Board of Directors; these directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Society held in October of each and every year.

We have a workshop, where woodworking, metal & mechanical projects, and crafts can all be enjoyed, and we have a Recreation Hall where we enjoy coffee mornings each month, potluck dinners once a month and tournaments such as shuffleboard and pool during the winter months. We also have a ‘Happy Hour’ on Friday evenings for everyone wishing to attend. These events offer many opportunities for social interaction among our members.
